Canapes brie cheese and kiwi

Ingredients: :
Sliced bread
1 portion of Brie cheese
2 slices of Spanish cured ham
1 kiwi
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt

Recipe:
Cut the Spanish cured ham into thin slices.
Remove the edges of the sliced bread and cut it into four triangular pieces. Toast it in the oven.
With a fork, crush the Brie cheese. Once it is soft, add the ham and keep stirring.

Peal the kiwi and cut it in half. Cut it into more slices and put them to soak in a recipient with olive oil, vinegar, and salt.
Lay the mixture of cheese with jam on the bread and put a slice of kiwi on top.

Tips:
Use thin slices of bread. You can also add some cream to the cheese, making it easier to crush the cheese.
