Langoustine salad

Ingredients: :
800 grams of langoustines
50 grams of black olives
2 carrots
1 lettuce
Vinaigrette of olive oil
1 cup of olive oil

Recipe
Shell the langoustines and sauté them with oil.
Cut a thin layer of lettuce and lay it on a plate with the help of a round mold. Cook the carrots, and cut them in slices and lay the on the plate. Add the olives. Lastly, add the hot, sautéed langoustines.

With olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, make vinaigrette sauce and pour it on the salad.

Tips :
You can add other vegetables to the salad, like peas, arugula, watercress, cooked corn, etc.
