Salmon with honey

Ingredients (per person):
A filet of fresh salmon
2 teaspoons of honey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Olive oil and salt

Recipe:
Put the salmon on a frying pan with a bit of oil and salt on low fire.
In a bowl, mix the honey and the lemon juice until the honey is totally liquid.

When the salmon is done, raise the temperature of the fire for it to brown. Once it does, pour the honey with lemon and let it brown once more. Turn the filet around so the lemon with honey soaks in. Let it cook until it obtains a dark color.

Tips :
We suggest to serve with steamed vegetables and couscous.
