Pumpkin cream

Ingredients :
1 small pumpkin
1 leek
2 carrots
2 papas
1 onion
Water or vegetable stock
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Recipe :
Peel and cut the vegetables in medium sized pieces. In a pan, sauté the vegetables with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cover them with water or vegetable stock and season them. Let them cook for 30-40 minutes. Then, grind them and sieve them. Add salt.

Tips
:
To improve its presentation and taste, add olive oil and poppy seeds.
